Subject of the agreement

The procedure for the provision of services
1. The provision of Partner CRM services for the User is carried out through the personal account registered by the User in the Partner CRM.
1.2. The User can act as an advertiser by placing advertising offers (offers) in the Partner CRM, or as a webmaster attracting Internet traffic to advertising offers from advertisers connected to the Partner CRM.
2.2. Advertisers, at the beginning of their work with the Partner CRM, replenish the balance of their personal account, from which funds are subsequently debited for the services provided by the Partner CRM.
2.3. Registered in the Partner CRM of the Webmaster in the course of their activities to attract Internet traffic, upon reaching a certain balance in their personal account, receive remuneration in the form of payments from the Partner CRM.
2.4. Payments to Users are made within the time period planned by the Partner CRM and in a manner agreed with the Users.
2.4. Users assume the obligation to pay all taxes and fees incurred as a result of joint activities in cooperation with the Partner CRM.
3. The main currency used in the work of the Partner CRM is the American dollar.
4. The Partner CRM carries out the execution of advertising services and requests for payments on an irrevocable basis. All information about the process of providing Services is available during the working hours of the Partner CRM through a representative of the Partner CRM using the contact details of the Partner CRM.
Rights and obligations of the parties
The user has the right to:
- to search for information on the site.
- receive information on the website.
- copy information to other sites indicating the source.
- copy information to other sites with the permission of the Site Administration.
- require the administration to hide any information about the user.
- require the administration to hide any information transmitted by the User to the site.

- not to post materials of an advertising, erotic, pornographic or offensive nature, as well as other information, the placement of which is prohibited or contradicts the norms of the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
- do not use scripts (programs) for automated information collection and/or interaction with the Site and its Services.
The Administration undertakes to:
- to maintain the functionality of the site, except in cases where this is impossible for reasons beyond the control of the Administration.
- to provide comprehensive protection of the User account.
- protect information whose dissemination is restricted or prohibited by law by issuing a warning or deleting the account of a User who has violated the rules.
- provide all available information about the User to the authorized state authorities in cases established by law.
Responsibility of the parties
- The user is personally fully responsible for the information disseminated by him.
- The Administration does not bear any responsibility for the accuracy of information copied from other sources.
- The Administration is not responsible for the discrepancy between the services expected by the User and the services actually received.
- The administration does not bear any responsibility for the services provided by third parties.
- in the event of a force majeure situation (hostilities, state of emergency, natural disaster, etc.), the Administration does not guarantee the safety of the information posted by the User, as well as the uninterrupted operation of the information resource.
Terms of the Agreement
This Agreement comes into force for any use of this site.
The Agreement ceases to be valid when a new version of it appears.
The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally change this agreement at its discretion.
The Administration does not notify users about changes in the Agreement.
